Location: New Delhi, India Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Strategic Initiatives: Work directly with the founder to execute key business priorities, analyze market opportunities, and drive company growth. Business Operations: Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and optimizing internal processes for efficiency. Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support fundraising activities, prepare pitch decks, investor reports, and financial models, and engage with stakeholders. Partnerships & Alliances: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with insurers, fintech players, and other ecosystem stakeholders. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions. Product & Customer Insights: Work with product and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and user experience based on data-driven insights. Special Projects: Take ownership of high-priority projects, working in a startup environment with minimal supervision. Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and execution. Ability to multitask, handle ambiguity, and work in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience in strategy consulting, venture capital, fintech, insurtech, or high-growth startups is a plus. Proficiency in financial modeling, business analysis, and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: MBA or relevant degree in Business, Finance, or related fields. Prior experience in founders office, strategy, or business Strategy roles.
