Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the founder and executive team. 2. Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. 3. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential partnerships. 4. Draft correspondence, presentations, and other communication materials. 5. Help organize and execute company events, both internal and external. 6. Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed. 8. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion. 9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the office. Requirements: 1. Currently enrolled in a degree program or recent graduate. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. 7. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. 8. Previous internship or administrative experience is a plus. 9. Passion for the startup environment and willingness to contribute to various aspects of the business.
