Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Development Develop and implement sales and marketing policies, plans, and strategies tailored to the real estate market. Design pricing strategies for various real estate products, including residential, commercial, or luxury properties. Identify new products, services, and investment opportunities to expand the company's portfolio. Promotion & Campaign Management Create and execute advertising campaigns using digital platforms, print media, television, and radio to attract potential clients. Manage email marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and other digital outreach efforts. Develop promotional literature and manage events such as property expos, open houses, and investor gatherings. Sales Management Organize, control, and monitor sales activities to meet targets. Identify new target markets and lead generation opportunities, such as partnerships with brokers or corporate clients. Provide detailed analysis and reporting on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness. Brand Representation Act as the face of the company in public and industry forums to enhance brand reputation. Monitor competitors, market trends, and industry developments to align strategies and remain competitive. Develop initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
