Construction Materials (AKCM) Industry: AAC Block Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: 15,000 18,000 per month --- Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to handle the loading, unloading, and movement of AAC blocks within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with forklift machinery, understand load balancing, and follow strict safety protocols. --- Key Responsibilities: Operate forklift to load and unload AAC block pallets from curing lines, storage, and transport vehicles Safely transport materials within the plant premises and to the dispatch yard Perform daily inspection and maintenance checks of the forklift (oil, battery, brakes, tires) Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely material movement Maintain accurate logs of forklift operations and pallet movement Follow safety and operational procedures as per factory standards --- Requirements: Proven experience as a forklift operator (minimum 1 year preferred) Physical fitness to handle outdoor work in a manufacturing environment Basic understanding of load handling, safety signals, and weight distribution Ability to work in shifts and adapt to production schedules Good communication and coordination skills --- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in AAC block or construction materials industry Familiarity with material tracking systems and dispatch coordination,
