Forex Manager - Product & Sales| Mumbai

• Own and manage the complete lifecycle of Treasury products and sales which include all products involving, Forwards, Options, Interest Rate Swaps, Currency Swaps etc. and all other products. 
• Facilitate sales teams across verticals for basic understanding of the products to equip for increasing sales of such products to clients having Forex flows. 
• Work on digitization and similar initiatives to ensure smooth sales, onboarding and transacting experience.

1. Regularly co-ordinate between product/Treasury/ops/ Technology teams to implement digital solutions stack,
For Remittances will cover all outbound and inbound FX flows in current accounts, individual accounts, A2 payments and LRS payments.
2. Forwards/ Derivatives and tracking/ reporting with regards to AE/CE based exposures
3. Monitoring and Driving Fx business revenues across channels- Retail/ WSB/SME with well-defined fx targets including client interactions for solutioning.
4. Interacting with channels and creating enablers for achieving the Fx targets
5. Online Fx platform- for giving digital experience
6. Fx margins maintenance and ensuring that there is no revenue leakage
7. Compliance with RBI/Fedai guidelines with checks and balances
8. LEI updation/ Forward limits utilization
9. Empanelment of FFMCs for foreign currency notes:
Collection of KYC & other financials from the FFMCs. At present, 2 entities empaneled. Annual note to Board on renewal of empanelment. Issuance of renewal letter.
10. Deployment of FCNR funds towards high yielding deals 11. Monitoring MTM and also work on reducing Unhedged FCY exposure. 
12 Training of Sales Team on FX Business

Experience: 8 to 12 years

Qualifications:
Graduation (Any Specialization)
MBA (Marketing / Finance)
