• Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and prototyping of new footwear designs.
• Inspect, test, and evaluate footwear for quality and durability.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and production teams on material selection and construction methods.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production or fit issues.
• Ensure technical specifications are followed in mass production.
