Position: Food Quality Assurance Manager for Neom Project - Saudi Arabia Salary: 7000 - 10000 SAR Free Food and accommodation. Transportations, Health & Medical Insurance. Annual Leave, Uniform. 8 Hours Per Day+ Over Time+ 6 Days in A Week. Requirements: M Sc Food Science Technology or M Sc Nutrition or Microbiology with a minimum of 10 years experience in industrial catering or star rated hotels. Implementation experience of QMS and Lead Auditor for QMS systems. Six Sigma approved preferred. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain food quality assurance policies and procedures. Establish quality standards for raw materials, in-process production, and finished products. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, USDA, HACCP). Stay updated on food safety laws and industry standards, and implement necessary changes. Conduct regular inspections of production processes and facilities to ensure adherence to quality standards. Lead internal and external audits and address any non-conformance issues.
