Major Responsibilities:-

Customer Service: Greet and assist guests, take food and drink orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Order Management: Accurately input orders into the POS system and communicate them to kitchen or bar staff.
Serving: Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly and check in on customers during meals.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean dining area, including clearing tables and ensuring hygiene standards.
Transactions: Handle payments, return change, and process receipts.
Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth operations.
Upselling: Suggest menu items and promotions to boost sales.
Health & Safety: Follow safety and food handling regulations and ensure the safe serving of alcohol.
