Job Description
As a Food and Water Testing Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting various analytical tests related to food and water quality. You should possess an educational background in M.Sc / B.Sc in Chemistry, Biotechnology, B-Tech in food, or Food Technology. Additionally, freshers or individuals with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply for this position. Your main responsibilities will include performing Nutritional Analysis tests such as moisture, ash, protein, and sugar content, as well as ensuring compliance with FSSAI parameters. You should have knowledge of NABL audits and be capable of preparing technical documents like Calibration files, QA/IQC records. Moreover, expertise in water testing for manual parameters according to IS 10500 and waste water parameters like COD, BOD, TSS, and TDS will be essential for this role. This is a full-time and permanent position with benefits like Provident Fund. The work schedule will be during day shifts at the designated work location.
