You will be joining Viveda Wellness as a valued member of the Food & Beverage Services Department, focusing on BAR operations. Your role will involve managing and overseeing bar operations to ensure seamless service, preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages with attention to detail and creativity, and upholding high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the bar area. Additionally, you will be responsible for effectively managing inventory, stock levels, and bar supplies, providing exceptional guest experiences by catering to their preferences, and training and guiding junior staff on bar etiquette, cocktail mixing, and service standards, all while adhering to safety and compliance regulations related to alcohol service. To excel in this role, you should bring previous experience in a similar capacity within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant, possessing expertise in cocktail making, wines, and bar operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising service quality.
