Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kollam for an Fnb Captain at Lake n River Resort Munroe Island. The Fnb Captain will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with the kitchen, maintaining inventory, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
