Roles and responsibilities: Client Engagement: Conduct outbound calls and follow up with potential and existing clients. customer orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the accounts team to ensure accurate invoicing and record keeping. Maintain precise customer data for seamless operations. Product Promotion & Customer Support: Provide timely product details and demonstrations to clients. Gather feedback to improve the customer experience and maintain long-term relationships.Market Research & Business Growth: Identify and target potential B2B clients in the Foods & Pharma sector. market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Maintain regular communication with clients to secure repeat orders. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve challenging customer scenarios with strong decision making and adaptability. On-Field Marketing and Client Outreach: Visit market locations, retail shops, and relevant outlets to promote and market our products effectively. Engage directly with shop owners and stakeholders to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions. Build a strong on-ground presence to enhance brand visibility and create valuable partnerships. Required skills and qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Food Science, Pharma, Business, or any related field.
