Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Flutter Lead to architect and lead mobile development initiatives using Flutter. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building complex Flutter applications, a strong foundation in mobile app architecture, and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality apps at scale. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of Flutter applications across platforms (iOS & Android). Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend teams, and QA to deliver robust features. Define best practices and establish standards for Flutter development within the team. Mentor and guide junior Flutter developers, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality. Optimize app performance and troubleshoot issues across devices and operating systems. Manage release cycles, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring post-deployment. Stay updated with Flutter ecosystem changes, Dart SDK updates, and related technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in Flutter/Dart. Solid understanding of Flutter architecture patterns (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, GetX, etc.). Expertise in mobile app design patterns, RESTful API integration, state management, and responsive UI. Experience integrating third-party SDKs, Firebase, and platform-specific features. Strong understanding of version control (Git) and modern development workflows. Experience with unit testing, widget testing, and automated builds. Prior experience in leading a team of mobile developers or acting as a technical mentor. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of native iOS/Android development is a plus. Experience with CI/CD tools (Bitrise, GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or published apps on App Store/Play Store.,
