The most popular savings product in India for thousands of years is a chit fund where a group of friends save together. However, these lower-middle-class consumers using chit funds have a one 100 billion dollar problem because people lose all their hard-earned savings when the group owner gets greedy and runs away with all their savings, leaving them back in a life of despair!

We are Money Club and have built a deep tech group savings platform where users save money with other verified peers in government registered funds, allowing 400m lower middle-class Indians to save safely and securely. We have already enabled over 1/2 million consumers to save, and we are growing 300% year over year in this $100bn market.

Job Description

Experience: 2-5 Years
Salary: 12-15 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate - 30 Days
Location: Remote
Interview process: 3 round of interviews, 1st will be online test, 2nd will be technical virtual interview and 3rd will be final HR round.

Responsibilities:
Building and shipping robust apps to Android/ iOS devices using a single codebase
Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the Flutter framework and Dart language.
Developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known Flutter / Dart workflows and practices.
Understand basic concepts of design for developing user friendly applications.
Sharing feedback and brainstorming ideas with teams to improve the development process.
Communicating with product and engineering leads to implement business and project objectives.
Code review of team members' commits as part of CI/CD cycle.
Participate in testing, quality assurance and bug fixes as part of the CI/CD cycle.

Requirements:
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent required.
2-5 years of experience developing mobile apps natively in iOS and/or Android.
2 years of commercial experience developing and delivering Flutter based apps.
In depth understanding of front end languages like HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript.
In depth understanding of Object Oriented programming languages like Java and C++.
Familiarity using version control tools like Git, Subversion etc. and IDEs like Android Studio, VS Code etc.
Knowledge of Dart programming language, Rest APIs and integration of various APIs from third parties.
Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavors and app architecture.
Strong communications and consultative skills. Self-initiated and proactive.
Understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle and been exposed to Scrum projects.
Comfortable using test cases for debugging code, enhancing performance and reliability
