As a Flutter Developer with over 3 years of experience, your role will involve designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the Flutter framework and Dart language. You will be responsible for developing user interface components and implementing them following established Flutter/Dart workflows and best practices. Collaboration with product and engineering leads to achieve business and project objectives will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in developing mobile apps using Flutter. A solid understanding of state management, Flutter flavors, and app architecture is essential. Effective communication and consultative skills will be beneficial as you interact with various stakeholders. Being self-initiated, proactive, and having experience in a remote software development environment will be an advantage.
