We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer proficient in Flutter and ReactJS with a strong background in working with the Google Maps API. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile and web applications, integrating advanced location-based services, and ensuring seamless performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobile and Web Development:
• Develop robust and scalable mobile applications using Flutter.
• Build responsive and dynamic web applications using ReactJS.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and seamless user experience across both web and mobile.

• Google Maps API Integration:
• Implement and customize Google Maps API features, such as geolocation, geocoding, routing, and map-based data visualization.
• Optimize and enhance the performance of location-based services within applications.
• Integrate third-party services with Google Maps API for advanced functionality.

• Full Stack Development:
• Collaborate with backend developers to design and integrate APIs.
• Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage spatial data.
• Ensure data security and best practices in handling location data.

• Testing and Optimization:
• Perform thorough testing to identify and fix bugs and ensure optimal performance.
• Continuously optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

• Collaboration:
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 2-5+ years of experience in Flutter and ReactJS development.
• Proven experience working with Google Maps API and other location-based services.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Dart and JavaScript.
• In-depth knowledge of ReactJS and its core principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Provider.
• Knowledge of backend development, preferably with Node.js or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in database technologies like MongoDB, Firebase, or SQL.
• Additional Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred :

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Familiarity with other mapping libraries or services (e.g., Mapbox).
• Previous experience working in a startup environment.

• Proven experience as a full-stack developer or similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
