Job Description

As a Senior Lead Flow Assurance Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the flow assurance role and more than 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, your main purpose will be managing flow assurance work throughout the project life cycle. You will provide technical support to the O&M team, collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Company, and act as a mentor to junior flow assurance engineers. Your responsibilities will include: Technical Leadership and Project Management: - Leading and managing flow assurance work across various project development phases by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. - Providing flow assurance support to the O&M team. - Offering technical guidance and training to junior engineers to ensure continuous development within the flow assurance discipline. Fluid Characterization and Modeling: - Utilizing advanced thermodynamic simulators like Multiflash to model the PVT behavior of produced fluids. - Predicting and analyzing the formation, deposition, and potential blockage of solids using modeling techniques. - Conducting and reviewing flow assurance works for various in-house concepts to evaluate them on flow assurance criteria. Innovation Problem Solving: - Leading the development of innovative solutions for complex flow assurance challenges to enhance safety, production efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. - Staying updated on the latest engineering developments and applying them to improve flow assurance practices. Skills Required: - Proficiency in using PVTSIM/MULTI FLASH and flow assurance software such as OLGA & PIPESIM. - Good knowledge of subsea systems. - Ability to prepare technical presentations for senior management. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field. Experience: - 10+ years of experience in flow assurance and 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a proven track record in project management.,
