Job Description
You will be joining our Royal Enfield Service Centre team on Burdwan Road as an experienced and customer-focused floor supervisor. Your main responsibilities will include having a deep understanding of the two-wheeler industry, proficiency in computer usage, and demonstrating excellent customer service skills. It will be essential for you to effectively manage technicians and ensure the daily service operations run smoothly. Only candidates residing in Siliguri will be considered for this position. This is a full-time job opportunity. The benefits of this position include cell phone reimbursement. We prefer candidates who have completed Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education. A minimum of 2 years of total work experience is required for this role. Possession of a valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
