Qualities a candidate should have- 1. Should have experience in a logistics role along with experience working in the transportation industry. 2. Need to keep track of vehicle inspection and look after servicing and maintenance of the fleet. 3. Looks for ways to reduce costs and increase profits, in addition to finding means for getting better fuel efficiency. 4. Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet. 5.
