Job Description

As a Flavorist with over 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for formulating new flavor creations from scratch and modifying existing flavors to meet project requirements. You will lead flavor creation initiatives to fulfill customer and internal project needs, identifying potential issues and coming up with creative solutions to address technical flavor challenges. Your role will involve proactively evaluating new raw materials to assess their potential for creating new flavors, and partnering with operations to resolve any potential manufacturing issues that may arise. As a technical expert in flavor creation techniques, you will provide valuable input into category initiatives and collaborate with both internal and external customers to offer insightful partnership and build trusting relationships. In addition, you will mentor junior flavorists in specific technical areas and project exposure, fostering their growth and development. This role will also involve interacting with multinational locations on technical matters.
