Job Description

As a member of the Analog IC design team at Texas Instruments (TI), you will have the exciting opportunity to lead a team responsible for the design, development, and evaluation of electronic parts, components, and integrated circuits for a variety of applications. Your role will involve product ownership from definition to release to manufacturing, making assignments for team members, providing design guidance, and monitoring progress throughout the project. You will collaborate with various teams including physical designers, Design Verification teams, systems engineers, application engineers, and marketing to ensure the successful completion of technical tasks and the development of cutting-edge solutions in consumer electronics, mobile computing, and communications. Your responsibilities will also include evaluating project results during the design phase and silicon evaluation, preparing product briefs, datasheets, and application notes, as well as collaborating with validation, product engineering, and test engineering teams to enable successful transfer to production. Additionally, you will lead discussions with customers, TI field sales, and field applications teams to understand customer designs and provide necessary support. As part of your role, you will actively participate in hiring, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure operational efficiency and individual growth within the organization. To be successful in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include the ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. You should also possess strong time management skills and the drive to achieve results efficiently.
