Job Description
Roles & responsibilities Be a trusted partner, support in conceptualizing and ideating effective learning programs/journeys to for colleagues. Actively work toward building trusted relationships with stakeholders. Provide general administrative support to the L&D team, such as scheduling meetings, printing training materials, and maintaining training resources. Collaborate with Business Partners on various initiatives across GDC locations and ensure seamless delivery. Support in preparing excel reports and developing Power Point presentations for key launches and reviews Invest in establishing robust reporting by maintaining data, dashboards, and publishing key metrics. Build collaborative relationships with vendor partners to ensure effective delivery Maintaining and updating dashboards with targeted and achieved learning hours. Ensuring MS Calendars are up to date for participants and facilitators. Working closely with team on training deployment strategy. Coordinate with external training vendors or consultants to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.,
