• Maintenance and Repair:Conduct routine maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine the best course of action for repairs
• Precision Measurement:Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate assembly and alignment of components
• Verify dimensions of parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Welding and Fabrication:Perform welding and fabrication as required for assembling or repairing metal components
• Use cutting torches, grinders, and other tools to shape and modify metal parts
• Quality Control:Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Identify and rectify any defects or deviations from specifications
• Safety Compliance:Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all aspects of work
• Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately
• Documentation:Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, modifications, and installations
• Update maintenance logs and reports as necessary
