Job Description: We are hiring Maintenance Fitters / Electricians for its Vadodara plant. This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to start their career in industrial maintenance on a 12-month renewable contract under third-party payroll.

• Key Responsibilities:Perform routine and preventive maintenance of machinery and electrical systems
• Assist with the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical/electrical components
• Operate and maintain utility equipment such as motors, pumps, panels, and wiring
• Ensure all safety standards are followed during maintenance tasks
• Keep maintenance logs and report any issues to supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area
• Requirements:ITI (Fitter / Electrician) or equivalent
• Basic technical knowledge of machines and electrical tools
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Physically fit and safety-conscious
