The company has gained recognition through various awards, validating its success in the industry. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitout Manager located in the North Zone. The Fitout Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the fit-out process of retail units, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards and within the agreed timelines by the tenant brands. Daily tasks include coordinating with brands and developers, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, and liaising with developer teams for scope execution and carry out close out documentation. Qualifications Experience in Fitout Management or Project Management Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong MIS, communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, interior design or a related field Previous experience in retail and mall real estate is a plus,
