Job Description

As a pro fitness/personal trainer, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in various aspects of their fitness journey. This includes providing 1-on-1 personal training, group fitness instruction, client goal-setting, motivation, customized exercise and meal plans, strength and conditioning, cardiovascular/endurance training, pilates, bootcamp-style workouts, proper body alignment, and nutrition counseling. You will also be required to ensure that customers exercise safely and maintain proper body alignment throughout their workouts. This role may involve working full-time, part-time, on a permanent basis, as a fresher, intern, or on a freelance basis. The schedule may vary between day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, and rotational shifts. Additionally, there may be a performance bonus based on your achievements. The preferred education requirement for this position is a secondary (10th pass) qualification. Ideally, candidates should have at least 1 year of experience as fitness instructors. The work location for this role is in person, interacting directly with customers to help them achieve their fitness goals.,
