Urgently looking for a Fitness Manager for a reputed international gym. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN FITNESS INDUSTRY* Requirements: 2-3 yrs experience in Fitness Industry. Presentable and Well groomed. Excellent communication skills. Certified from a reputed organization. Passionate and inclined towards fitness. Good management skills. Upto date with current fitness trends. Locations:- New Alipore Age - Maximum 30 years Skills- 1. Leadership and Management: - Ability to lead and motivate a team of trainers, assistants, and other staff members. - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage time and resources effectively. 2. Customer Service: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with gym members, address their concerns, and ensure a positive experience. - Ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional manner. 3. Knowledge of Fitness and Equipment: - Comprehensive understanding of gym equipment, exercise techniques, and safety protocols. - Ability to assist members with using equipment correctly and safely. 4. Organizational Skills: - Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, inventory, and other administrative tasks. - Ability to keep the gym floor clean and orderly. 5. Training and Development: - Ability to train new staff members and provide ongoing training to current employees. - Keeping up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and training methods. 6. Problem-Solving: - Ability to quickly and effectively address any issues that arise on the gym floor, such as equipment malfunctions or member complaints.
