\*Job Title*: Fitness Consultant - Sales Location: CultFit Hennur, Bangalore, India Department: Sales & Fitness Services Reports To: Sales Manager / Center Manager Job Overview: As a Fitness Consultant (Sales) at CultFit Hennur, you will play a key role in helping people lead healthier lives by guiding them to the right fitness plans and services. You will drive sales for memberships, products, and services, while also ensuring excellent customer service and a seamless onboarding process for new members. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Memberships: Achieve and exceed sales targets for memberships, classes, and other fitness-related products/services. Proactively engage with potential customers through calls, emails, walk-ins, and social media. Conduct consultations with potential clients to assess their fitness goals and recommend appropriate services. Handle the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and nurturing to closing sales and post-sale follow-up. Customer Engagement: Provide an exceptional and personalized experience for new and existing members. Conduct fitness assessments and explain the benefits of the CultFit offerings. Build strong relationships with members to ensure retention and continued engagement. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fitness trainers and other team members to ensure a cohesive member experience. Support team-based initiatives, promotions, and campaigns to boost sales. Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions. Provide regular feedback and sales reports to the Sales Manager. Market Research & Feedback: Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and competitive landscape. Share feedback with the management to improve service offerings and member experience. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Fresher-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in fitness or wellness-related industries. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers. Customer Service: Strong focus on providing excellent customer service and fostering positive relationships. Passion for Fitness: A strong interest in fitness, health, and wellness, with a deep understanding of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment. Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM software, MS Office, and basic reporting tools. Education: A background in sports, fitness, or related fields is preferred, but not mandatory. Key Attributes: Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and be driven by targets.
