Job Description We seek a highly skilled Scala Web Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Scala and expertise in developing web applications using the Play Framework and JOOQ. Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using Scala and the Play Framework. Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end and third-party services. Utilize JOOQ for database interaction and ORM functionality. Good knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure smooth project execution. Required Skills & Qualifications Scala Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development. Play Framework Experience in building web applications and APIs. JOOQ Proficiency in working with SQL and database integration. HTML/CSS/JS Good knowledge of frontend. AWS or Azure Hands-on experience with cloud platforms for deployment and scaling is a plus.
