Responsibilities
- Establish and manage relationships with a portfolio of Finnish-speaking clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales prospects and opportunities for expansion.
- Deliver tailored presentations and pitches to effectively communicate product benefits and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to meet both client satisfaction and company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to assist clients effectively.
- Ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall business targets and share insights.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development through training sessions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both orally and in writing;
- Proven sales experience, ideally within a B2B environment;
- At least 1 year of Sales experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client relationship building.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analysis tools is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse in the local culture.
