Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Finnish-speaking customers, assisting with any inquiries and purchases.

• Help maintain the organization of the store, ensuring displays are visually appealing and inventory is well-stocked.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout.
• Work alongside team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Engage in training and development programs to bolster your product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• A positive and proactive attitude, capable of thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
