Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing relevant solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions and ensure accurate feedback is recorded in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service strategies and share best practices.
- Participate in training programs to continually improve your skills and service quality.
- Offer suggestions for process improvements to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in Finnish, both spoken and written; English proficiency is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
