Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and ensure accurate feedback is recorded in the company’s CRM system.

Requirements
