Job Description Financial Trainer & Planner Position Title: Financial Trainer & Planner Department: Training & Development / Wealth Management Advisory Reports To: MD Location: Gachibowli Hi-tech city, Hyderabad Experience Required: 13 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic professional who can take on a hybrid role as both Financial Trainer and Financial Planner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful financial training sessions internally and externally while also managing client portfolios through strategic financial planning and advisory services. This role is a blend of education and executionrequiring expertise in financial concepts, strong communication skills, and hands-on advisory experience. Key Responsibilities: Training & Development Design and deliver training programs on financial planning, investment strategies, and financial products. Conduct workshops, webinars, and onboarding sessions for internal teams and clients. Stay updated with regulatory guidelines, market trends, and financial instruments. Track training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery. Financial Planning & Advisory Assess individual or corporate client financial goals and current financial status. Prepare customized financial plans covering budgeting, investments, tax, insurance, and retirement planning. Recommend suitable financial instruments based on client needs and risk appetite. Monitor portfolios and make revisions as needed due to market or life changes. Maintain long-term relationships and ensure excellent client service. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field. Professional certifications like CFP, CFA, or NISM modules preferred. 13 years of experience in financial training, wealth advisory, or related roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation ability. Proficient in MS Office, financial planning tools, and online training platforms. Strong analytical thinking, empathy, and client-centric approach. Ideal Candidate Traits: Passionate about both educating others and offering practical financial solutions. Comfortable speaking to groups as well as one-on-one with clients. Able to simplify complex financial jargon for different audience types.
