Financial Specialist Job Type: [Full-Time] Reports To: Finance Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within the finance department. Key Responsibilities: * - Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports, and statements. - Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions. - Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. - Conduct financial analysis and generate reports as needed. - Assist in intercompany workings on a month-to-month basis. - Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets. - Provide administrative support to the finance department. - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. - Support in the implementation and maintenance of financial policies and procedures. - Other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. - 4-6 years of experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Advance Excel. - Strong experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks). - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High level of integrity and professionalism.,
