As a Financial Benefits Consultant at Gallagher, you will play a pivotal role in providing guidance and assistance to account teams and clients using financial decision-making tools. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver and present financial monitoring reports that measure client financial status, track expenses, renewal projections, funding levels, and rates. You will be expected to maintain proficiency in various proprietary Models and Tools to calculate financial results and provide recommendations to Client Servicing teams based on analysis of complex client data. Your role will involve preparing and analyzing various client deliverables as defined by the scope of services of the Financial Benefits Consulting team. You must demonstrate a deep understanding of the analysis conducted, think critically beyond the numbers presented, and effectively communicate abnormal conditions to FBC management. Additionally, you will be tasked with collecting required data and materials for project completion, ensuring compliance with internal systems, and effectively communicating in a fast-paced work environment. To excel in this role, you must possess a background in Mathematics or Statistics, along with intermediate-level knowledge of Applied Statistics. Proficiency in MS Excel & VBA, as well as Intermediate-level experience in Python & R, is essential. Excellent analytical skills and strong communication abilities, both orally and in writing, are key attributes required for this position. Moreover, you should demonstrate initiative, assertiveness in presenting new ideas, and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
