Financial Analyst
UK shift 3 PM to 12 AM
Weekend offs Saturday and Sunday
Qualification MBA Finance (Full time)

Job Objectives-
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Strategy team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis and project management, with a strong understanding of financial systems and business processes. The candidate should be able to
- Look internally understand the current internal operating environment, related metrics & their financial impact and help design the solutions to improve and create monitoring mechanism.
- Scan external environment - study business trends, identify growth areas & design solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making, including forecasting, budgeting, and trend analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business plans
- Evaluate the financial impact of business decisions and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders Conduct macroeconomic research, market and competitor research to formulate business strategies
- Evaluating capital expenditures and asset depreciation.
- Develop and maintain reports to provide insights into call center performance and trends Analyse business and operations data to identify opportunities for process improvement Participate in projects and initiatives, such as technology upgrades and process improvements
Requirements:
- Must have -full time MBA in Finance / 1-3 years of experience
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis using Excel
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
Experience in the financial services or BPM is a plus
