Effective communication is key in this role, as you will need to speak clearly and professionally, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones with proper etiquette. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues to achieve common goals, listening and responding to their concerns appropriately, are also crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you should be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Preferred qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, at least 1 year of related work experience, and no supervisory experience required. There are no specific licenses or certifications necessary for this role.
