Job Description
Job Description: You will be a part of a Paint manufacturing company in the role of Business Support with the designation of Business Support. The ideal candidate should have 10-13 years of experience in a manufacturing setup, preferably from any manufacturing company. A degree in CMA is preferable, or CA qualification is also acceptable. You will be required to work 5 days a week. As a Business Support, your competencies should include strong communication and interpersonal skills, mandatory knowledge of SAP FICO, excellent analytical and numerical abilities, and being a quick learner with a positive attitude. In this role, you will have working relationships with internal teams such as Plant team, Accounts, R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing, as well as external stakeholders like Auditors. Key Success Factors and Challenges of this role include offering exciting challenges and numerous opportunities for learning and growth. It is essential to note that knowledge of SAP FICO is compulsory for this position.
