The Finance Manager position based in Vikhroli, Mumbai, within the Oil and Gas industry, is seeking a qualified candidate to collaborate closely with senior management in formulating and executing financial strategies for the organization. The role necessitates proficient data management, acting as a strategic business partner, delivering financial reports regularly, preparing financial statements, conducting bank reconciliations, and overseeing periodic audits. An individual with strong interpersonal skills, keen business acumen, and the ability to handle vast data volumes will excel in this position. Responsibilities include generating tailored financial reports, managing tax documentation, analyzing financial statements, overseeing budgeting and financial forecasting processes, engaging in financial meetings with leadership, ensuring financial compliance, and providing performance metrics to senior management. Additionally, the Finance Manager will liaise with internal accountants for routine tasks and external CA Firms for statutory compliances, managing Finance and Accounting operations for entities in India, Dubai, and Saudi while adhering to national and international regulations. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or a related field, possess 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting roles, demonstrate proficiency in Tally, and exhibit fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities are highly valued in this role.,
