Job Description

Position: Finance Head Qualification: CA/CFA/MBA Experience: 10+ years Location: Navi Mumbai Roles and responsibility: Key Responsibilities: o Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth o Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes o Oversee accounting, treasury, and financial reporting functions o Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial partners o Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards o Drive cost optimization and process improvement initiatives o Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions o Control the expenses and drive operational efficiency Transaction reconciliation and settlement: o Oversee the 3-way reconciliation between transactions reports, bank settlement files and escrow entries on a daily basis by settlement cycle o Oversee the fund management and ensure settlements to the merchants are made as per the agreed terms and ensure the banks/aggregators settle the amount to escrow on time o Oversee the management of chargebacks and refunds resolution Revenue Management: o Define the policy for merchant fees by MCC along with the Business head and Head of risk o Monitoring of the merchant rates and profitability on a periodic basis o Implementing accounting policies to recognize revenue from transactions and services in accordance with accounting standard o Generating and managing invoices for merchant services, including subscription and transaction-based fees. o Ensure compliance on collections for post-paid billing Compliance and risk management o Coordinating with internal and external auditors to conduct regular financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Qualifications o CA/CFA/MBA or equivalent qualification o Strong financial management and leadership skills o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Experience with financial planning, accounting, and treasury functions o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills o Ability to work in a fast paced environment o The candidate should have experience in setting up and managing financial operations team o The candidate should have experience completing regulatory and technical audits,
