Job Title:- Executive Finance Job Location:- Pune, Remote Job Duties :- Oversee daily accounting and finance operations, including compliance management. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Ensure compliance with federal, state and internal company policies. Review and approve tax filings, and other relevant financial documents. Identify and implement best practices to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations and communicate necessary updates to the team. Support senior management with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or MBA preferred. Minimum of 2 years plus of experience in accounting/finance Strong knowledge of USGAAP, and relevant tax laws and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, Sage, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
