Job Requirements 1 Conduct of Audits for retail stores/CFA/warehouses Review of audit reports - discuss the ratings with the stores & auditors. Document in case of any wrong reporting Compliance visits to stores & warehouses as per schedule & report as per checklist Virtual Audit at assigned stores Complete fixed assets verification as per schedule and report discrprencies. Coordination with external auditors/retail teams for audits. Quarterly review with external auditors. 2 Revenue Assurance & Risk Mitigation Revenue assurance through Desk top analysis on various processes - atleast 2 process in a month for each division Analyzing and monitoring the various risk identified by the company and report to concerned on issues. Drive various risk mitigation process implemented to ensure that it has been effectively implemented. Report to all concerned of any new risk that has been identified during visit / compliances / reported. Test the impact of new software. Identify frauds 3 Training New stores of divisions needs to be trained on the operational and commercial policies Existing stores to be trained Training to external auditors 4 Drive Key Initiatives & Special Assignments Virtual Audit at the assigned stores. Timely closure of Audit observations. Special Assignments based on business requirements Identify & suggest new process improvements 5 Business partnering Business Partnering Retail stores & support them in all aspects.,
