About The Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Controller to lead our financial operations and strategy. This role requires a strong focus on audits, reconciliations, compliance, and financial efficiency, ensuring seamless financial management across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial regulations and reporting while working closely with leadership to optimize cash flow and drive profitability. Key Responsibilities Oversee audits, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards. Ensure timely tax filings, statutory compliance, and adherence to accounting policies. Conduct financial reconciliations to maintain accuracy across operational and financial workflows. Analyze financial data, P&L, and cash flow to identify cost optimization and growth opportunities. Manage funding, debt structuring, and investment strategies to support business expansion. Implement internal controls and risk management strategies to safeguard financial assets. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to align financial goals with business strategies.
