Role Description: This is a full-time for a Finance and Accounts Associate, located in Hyderabad, India. Role needs to assist with day to day transaction processing and accounting. Responsibilities: Responsible for preparing and maintaining financial statements Generate monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc financial reports for Management team review Work closely with internal team members in generating Invoices for Clients Work closely with teams members to create Purchase orders for Vendors Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients on regular basis Work with independent auditors for supporting audited financial statements Qualifications: 3+ Years of experience in Finance and Accounting Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books, along with a solid understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations Experience with QuickBooks is a plus Knowledge of VAT compliance with Canada or other countries is an plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Good team player with positive attitude Bachelor degree is required,
