Job Description
As a part of a global empathy-led technology services company, you will play a crucial role in the India Bookkeeping using Zoho Books. Your responsibilities will include handling accounting tasks such as day-to-day transactions, invoicing, budget tracking, and maintaining contracts with vendors and clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with external auditors during audits, processing travel expense claims, incentives, internet expense claims, and handling GST, TDS, and PF workings. Furthermore, you will collaborate with a CA firm for filing, resolve any issues and queries with the firm, perform advance income tax calculations, generate invoices for the foreign parent company while considering transfer pricing provisions, and manage reconciliations efficiently. To qualify for this role, you should have a CA Intermediate/MBA/BCom degree with 1-2 years of relevant industry experience in finance or accounting. Proficiency in Zoho Books Accounting software, a good understanding of accounting principles and practices, and knowledge of GST and TDS regulations are essential. You should be a quick learner, calm and poised under pressure, possess a high degree of personal integrity and confidentiality, and demonstrate a growth mindset and commitment to personal professional development. Having a dynamic personality, good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting with a 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM IST shift are also key requirements for this position. Your capability to adapt to a customer service-focused approach while understanding the importance of people, culture, and productivity will be highly valued in this role.,
