About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team and collaborate closely with the Finance Manager to support essential financial functions. This is a full-time, permanent role based in the office, ideal for individuals who possess a strong passion for financial analysis, strategic planning, and providing support for business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting the Finance Manager in day-to-day financial operations. - Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and preparing insightful reports. - Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. - Creating financial models to assess business performance and initiatives. - Contributing to investment analysis and cost optimization strategies. - Monitoring key financial metrics and promoting financial discipline across departments. - Participating in audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments. - Handling tasks and projects with a level of responsibility akin to that of a CFO perspective. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial outcomes. Required Qualifications: - Must hold a CA qualification. - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or analysis. - Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in MS Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools. - Solid grasp of accounting principles, financial statements, and investment analysis. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
