We're currently looking for a high-caliber professional to join our team as a Vice President, Financial Accounting Lead Analyst - C13 based in India. In this role, you're expected to provide advice on directional strategy by analyzing subject matter and its application in your job and the business. You'll act as a technical expert and advisor on significant business/product decisions, ensuring accurate reporting of accounting reconciliations on Citi reporting tools, reviewing key controls for accounting processes, and focusing on policy and procedure implementation. You will partner with key stakeholders across multiple locations to communicate progress on assigned processes and identify and escalate potential issues for resolution. As a successful candidate, you should ideally have a Chartered Accountant (CA)/Masters in Business Administration (MBA)/Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent combination of education, along with 6-10 years of experience in accounting management and stakeholder management.
