Manager - F&A (Marketing Accounts)

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Supervise day to day accounting and monitoring of Fixed Expenses of Sales & Marketing Function
2. Controlling and monitoring various elements of variable costs
3. Monitoring and Controlling various income streams other than Vehicle revenue
4. Ensure accurate and timely - monthly, quarterly and year end close.
5. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
6. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
7.Preparation of Financial Estimates based on business projections
8. Preparation of yearly budget and monitoring of spends against the budgets on a regular basis
9. Managing internal audits and statutory audits 
10. Contribute towards key projects on cost optimisation and cost savings
11. Co-ordinating with the head office sales and marketing team for accounting of expenses and provisions
12. Establishing and enforcing processes and systems to align with accounting policies and best practices 
13. Support Departmental Head with special projects and workflow process improvements

Experience

2-4 years of relevant exposure
