As a Finacle Performance Engineer with 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of the Finacle core banking system. Your role will involve tuning and optimizing Finacle performance, as well as enhancing SQL query efficiency. Additionally, you will set up and manage infrastructure monitoring tools to ensure system observability. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving performance bottlenecks will be essential in maintaining system efficiency. Knowledge of middleware and integration technologies will be beneficial, and experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios is preferred. In this role, you will leverage your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance system performance. Certification in Finacle or related systems will be advantageous. Effective communication and stakeholder management are crucial for success in this position. You should have a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment is essential. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus opportunity. The work location is in person.
