As the Finance Manager at Hero Motocorp, located in Delhi, DL, IN, 110070, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and controlling over Volume, Revenue, and Sales Promotion spends. Your role involves working closely and partnering with the Zonal Sales Head and team to ensure effective decision making and drive business performance. Your responsibilities include driving periodic holistic business performance reviews, optimizing Sales Promotions and Sales Overheads spends, managing receivables, conducting business analytics, participating in Annual Business Planning for Sales Function, and collaborating on key strategic sales projects. On a typical day, you will lead performance reviews with the Zonal team, analyze ROI of Sales Promotion spends, work on controlling receivables, provide data-driven insights, collaborate with the Sales team on Annual Business Planning, and lead cross-functional business projects to enhance efficiencies. To qualify for this role, you should hold a qualification as a CA or MBA from a reputed B School and have 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering. You should possess technical knowledge in Business Finance, Commercial & Business Acumen, Project Management, Cross-functional management, and Driving performance. In terms of behavioral skills, you should excel in Influencing, Communication, Relationship Building, Problem Solving, and Stakeholder Management.
